Peacefully surrounded by her loving family on the 24th November aged 89 years.
Phyllis, the beloved wife of the late Harry, much loved mother of Gary, dearest mother-in-law of Margaret, a loving gran of Adam and Adele and also loving great- gran of Niamh, Kai, Freddie and Ida. Phyllis will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends.
Would friends please meet for service at Saltwell Crematorium on Tuesday 9th December at 11.15am.
By request family flowers only, donations if desired to The Alzheimer's Society. A donation box will be available at the crematorium.
